MONEY HEIST
In the first season of "Money Heist," also known as Part 1 or Season 1, the story centers around a meticulously planned heist on the Royal Mint of Spain. The mastermind behind the operation, known as "The Professor," recruits eight skilled criminals to carry out the daring plan. Each member of the gang adopts the name of a city as their alias to protect their identities.
The main character and narrator of the series, Tokyo (Úrsula Corberó), starts the story as a troubled woman who has recently been involved in a failed robbery attempt. She is approached by a man known as The Professor (Álvaro Morte), who offers her a chance to participate in the biggest heist in history. Tokyo reluctantly agrees and becomes the first member of the gang.

- Helsinki (Darko Perić): A strong and loyal member of the gang.
- Moscow (Paco Tous): Denver's father, a seasoned robber with tunnel digging expertise.
- Oslo (Roberto García): A Serbian war veteran known for his strength.
The gang, equipped with red jumpsuits and Salvador Dali masks, enters the Royal Mint of Spain with a plan to print their own money and escape with 2.4 billion euros. They take hostages, including employees of the Mint, to buy time and negotiate with the police and government.
The story unfolds with flashbacks that provide insights into the backgrounds of each character and their motivations for participating in the heist. As the heist progresses, the group faces various challenges, both internally and externally, leading to tense situations and emotional conflicts among the characters.
Outside the Mint, a police negotiator named Raquel Murillo (Itziar Ituño) is assigned to handle the situation. She forms a bond with The Professor, unaware that he is the mastermind behind the heist.
Throughout the season, the gang faces many obstacles, including dealing with hostages, keeping their identities hidden, and handling unexpected developments. Despite The Professor's careful planning, the situation becomes increasingly precarious, and the police gradually close in on the gang.
"Money Heist" Season 1 captivates the audience with its intense action, complex characters, and constant twists, leaving viewers eager to know what happens next. The series' popularity has continued to grow since its release, making it one of the most-watched non-English language shows on Netflix.
